I'm just a "Shake It Like a Dog" chef cooking, and a "Oh My Goodness" eating man from Milwaukee trying to make a impact on the world through amazing recipes and laughter. There are so many people out here that can not eat pork or seafood, and I am here to show you that you can eat so much great food without those things. Cooking is not only a way of life, but it is also art and a way of life. My way of showing art is by living through my sister Shirley Newman, who passed away January 29,2023 on a Sunday. That was the day my world became crumbling down, but also the day my life began because all she wanted to do was help people and put smiles on people's faces, and that is what I intend to do.  My name is Galon, and I will change the world through laughter and amazing recipes.
